A settlement has been approved in a wrongful death lawsuit after cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot on the "Rust" movie set when a gun Alec Baldwin was holding fired on-set in October 2021.

The order was entered on Thursday and doesn't list details about the settlement.
