Hong Kong passed a law Thursday making it a crime to disrespect China’s national anthem, but pro-democracy activists disregarded the new rules and proceeded to hold a candlelight vigil in Victoria Park to commemorate the 31st anniversary of Beijing’s Tiananmen Square massacre.
