California man with 'boogaloo' extremist group ties charged with stalking, threatening health official

A California man has been charged with stalking and threatening a public official after authorities said he sent one of Santa Clara's top public health officials dozens of threatening letters bearing the insignia of the extremist anti-government Boogaloo movement.
